These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and FreeLindens.com regarding your access to and use of the FreeLindens.com website and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Service.

We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.

1. Our Services

The Service provides a platform that connects advertisers, partners, and users for completing certain tasks, offers, surveys, or engagement activities, in exchange for rewards as described herein.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and trademarks on or in the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and the selection or arrangement thereof) (collectively, “Content”) are owned or licensed by FreeLindens.com or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or reproduce the Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service only.

3. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction);
• All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;
• You will maintain the security of your account and password;
• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable laws or these Terms.

4. User Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Important: You must NOT USE THE SAME PASSWORD you use for your Second Life account when creating or accessing your FreeLindens.com account. All passwords stored on FreeLindens.com are encrypted, and we do not have access to your plain-text passwords. FreeLindens.com is not responsible for loss of Second Life accounts or other security issues resulting from the reuse of credentials.

5. Rewards / Linden Dollars (L$)

5.1 Nature of Rewards
Rewards available through the Service are denominated in Linden Dollars (L$), which are virtual tokens constituting a limited license granted by Linden Lab to access features of the Second Life platform. FreeLindens.com is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Linden Lab or Second Life.

5.2 Internal Representation
Any reference to L$ within FreeLindens.com is for internal accounting and reward tracking purposes only. Displayed L$ do not imply ownership of currency or any guarantee of value or conversion outside the scope of this Service.

5.3 Withdrawals in L$
All rewards earned through FreeLindens.com are issued exclusively in the form of Linden Dollars (L$) transferred within the Second Life platform, in accordance with Linden Lab’s Terms of Service. No real-world currency withdrawals or exchanges are offered or supported.

5.4 Compliance with Linden Lab Policies
Users acknowledge that Linden Dollars are subject to Linden Lab’s Terms of Service. L$ are available for purchase solely at the discretion of Linden Lab and may only be bought or sold through the official LindeX exchange. FreeLindens.com does not sell, broker, or engage in the purchase or sale of Linden Dollars.

6. No Linden Research Inc Affiliation

Users acknowledge and agree that FreeLindens.com is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Linden Research, Inc. (Linden Lab, Second Life). All trademarks, service marks, and logos of Linden Research, Inc., including Second Life®, SL®, Linden Lab®, and LindeX®, are the property of Linden Research, Inc.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to enable essential functionality and improve user experience. By accessing FreeLindens.com, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Third-party advertisers or partners may also use cookies in connection with offers or surveys.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service;
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to access or interact with the Service;
• Use VPN, proxy, or Tor to mask your location;
• Manipulate offers, provide false survey data, or commit fraud;
• Create multiple accounts or refer yourself;
• Refer people from the same household or IP address;
• Post defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
• Use spam or unsolicited advertising to obtain referrals.

9. User Contributions & Comments

By posting comments or other content, you grant FreeLindens.com a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute your contributions. You confirm you hold the necessary rights and that your contributions will not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

10. Reversal of Tasks and Surveys

Rewards may be reversed if our partners cancel or reject a task or survey due to fraud, false information, or other violations. Reversals may occur within 90 days of task completion, and negative balances may be applied to your account if necessary.

11. Referral Program

Our referral program provides a commission of 7% on the earnings of referred users. Self-referrals, referrals within the same household, or fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

12. Third-Party Offers & Liability

The Service may provide access to surveys, tasks, or offers from third parties. We are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, quality, or safety. Any disputes or issues must be resolved directly with the third-party provider. FreeLindens.com shall bear no liability for losses arising from such interactions.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to ban or permanently terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms. All bans are final and not subject to appeal.

If your account is suspended (but not banned), you may request a review by emailing hello@freelindens.com. We may reinstate the account at our sole discretion.

14. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including Brazil’s LGPD and, where relevant, the GDPR. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Any data you provide directly to third-party partners (such as during surveys or offers) is collected and controlled by them, not by Freelindens.com.

15. Hyperlinking & iFrames

You may link to our website under fair conditions that do not misrepresent our Service. Use of our logos or trademarks requires written permission. You may not use frames or alter the visual presentation of our site without consent.

16. Disclaimer

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation or the accuracy of content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeLindens.com, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims or damages resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. You agree that all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil.

19. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
